Cameroon visa policy determines the entry requirement depending on the traveller nationality. Depending on their eligibility, the traveller can apply for the electronic visa OR must obtain a visa from Cameroon embassy or consulate.
Cameroon eVisa is an electronic travel authorisation that once issued authorises the travellers to enter and stay in Cameroon for the duration specified on the eVisa.

The following documents must be submitted by all applicants irrespective of the travel purpose selected:
Travel Purposes: Annuity File Follow-up, Approval File Follow-up, Audit, Business, Conference, Evangelism, Family Regrouping, Family Reunion, Family Visit, Humanitarian, Internship, Medical Evacuation, Mission, Participation in an Event, Pension File Follow-up, Professional, Promoter, Religious Visit, Repatriation, Seminar, Sport, Study, Teaching, Tourism, Training, Vacation, Volunteer, or Work.
Submit a clear scan of the passport bio-page and observation page. The passport must have a fully visible MRZ, at least 6 months validity beyond the intended departure date from Cameroon, and at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
Upload a confirmed return flight ticket showing the applicant's name, along with entry and exit travel details for Cameroon. The name must match the passport.
Submit a valid International Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate issued by an authorised health authority. The original or an officially recognised version must be presented.
Applicable for the following purposes:
Option 1: If staying in a hotel, provide a confirmed hotel booking covering the entire duration of your stay.
Option 2: If staying with a host in Cameroon, submit a certificate of accommodation endorsed by the local mayor, including the applicant’s details and stay information.
Submit a utility bill, lease agreement, or other official document showing the applicant's name and current residential address. The address must match the eVisa application.
Submit an up-to-date document confirming the applicant's employment, business, or student status, such as an employment letter, business registration certificate, or student enrolment certificate.
Submit recent bank statements or a notarised letter of support (if sponsored) showing sufficient funds for the stay. The document must display the applicant's name and account balance.
Required for applicants invited by a host or organisation. The invitation letter must state the purpose and duration of the visit and include the host's contact details, address, and signature.
Submit valid medical insurance covering Cameroon for the entire trip. Coverage details and policy validity dates must be clearly visible.
Submit a hospital appointment confirmation issued and signed by the hospital's head. It must clearly state the date of the medical appointment.
Submit valid repatriation insurance covering the applicant's stay in Cameroon. Coverage details and policy validity dates must be clearly visible.

A certificate of enrolment or re-enrollment, which is issued by the head of the educational institution, is required for study in Cameroon.
Submit an internship commencement certificate issued by the relevant organisation or institution, clearly stating the internship start date and duration.
Submit an official authorisation issued by the competent authority in Cameroon confirming that the inviting religious congregation is permitted to conduct religious activities.
Submit an official document confirming the spouse's profession in Cameroon, such as an employment certificate or business registration document.
Submit an official document proving the family relationship, such as a marriage certificate or a birth certificate for dependent children.
