I am asking for friends in Belgium, citizens of Romania, applying for a tourist visa to USA. They are unmarried, have applied and been refused twice. Can you help them to re-apply? They applied in April after having made airplane and hotel arramgements. I helped them make these arrangements and I now believe they were not necessary and may be a source of suspicion. The guy was refused for the second time today, they said they thought he might not return to Belgium and asked for proof of assets in Romania. The girl has not appeared yet for her second attempt. They have little time left to solve this problem as their travel window begins on August 11. I will pass your reply along and hope they can be your customers. Thank you.
