I am 71, you visa booking is NOT user friendly. I have tried and my Cypriot Lawyer has also tried without success. It doesn’t help that the booking form starts in English ,fine, but half way down it changes to Greek. My Greek is rather rusty. I am having sleepless nights over this.

Absolute horrific experience.Your website clearly states that appointment bookings can be made via phone call during official opening hours. First of all the phone does not get answered. After about 20 consecutive calls a woman answered the phone...not introducing herself and clearly annoyed that she actually had to do this. I was still unable to make an appointment and was very rudely referred to your website and keep checking for cancellations. This is not feasible and it would have been better if she would have actually taken my name and number and got back to me as soon as a booking became available. This service is unacceptable.
