Age:16 years old (as of now)
Nationality: Egyptian
Residence: Doha, Qatar
She has been accepted in the subject University and submitted the Application for Study Visa in the Italian Embassy in Doha, Qatar.
We have just finished the personal meeting in the Italian Embassy in Doha and all documents are proper and in place but the Visa acceptance is on hold till we submit the guardian document as she is 16 years old.
The required is a person who is legally residing in Lazio region to do the following document with an Italian Public Notary
"ATTO DI PRESA IN CARICO".
Appreciate your advise in this regard and if you can arrange this requirement.
