Proscovia Namubiru Ssentamu (Assoc. Prof)
Hi,
I am Proscovia Namubiru Ssentamu working at Uganda Management Institute.
I looked for a visa to attend a workshop/conference on your website but failed to see one. I therefore applied for evisa using business (for non profit/short visit) since it was the closest option. Unfortunately, when I submitted I was required to upload the following:-
1. Chartered Accountant Certificate (I do not have)
2. Death Certificate for my Husband's parents (which we do not have)
3. Death Certificate for my Father who died in 1986 (which I do not have)
4. Department of Trade and Industry Letter of Recommendation (which I do not have)
5. Medical Report ( I am not sick)
6. Undertaking that 60% of staff employed will be / are South African citizens or permanent residents ( I do not have)
7. Undertaking to register required South African Bodies ( I do not have)
I tried to create a new profile, to ask for another type of visa (short visit to attend a Research School) which was rejected.
Kindly guide me. I am scheduled to travel on the 18th of June, 2022
